<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a circuit and to reduce the cost. SOLUTION: A triangular wave generator 6 is provided with a triangular wave generating circuit 10 for generating triangular waves in which a predetermined upper limit voltage and a predetermined lower limit voltage are set as peak-to-peak by a charger/discharger, and a triangular wave cycle control circuit 9 for monitoring a cycle pulse CYCP to be outputted by the triangular wave generating circuit 10, measuring the cycle of the cycle pulse CYCP, and outputting correction data to correct the cycle of triangular wave in order to bring the cycle of the triangular wave close to a target value from a difference between the measured cycle and a target cycle.</p> |
