The invention relates to packaging of liquids made of a thin plastic layer containing an airtight chamber (30) for the liquid and a pocket (15, 33) in which a pipeline (21) is fitted for drawing out the liquid. A facility (4) for access to the pocket (15) 33) interior a hole (7) is provided across part of the wall and adjacent to chamber (30) for the drawing out pipeline (21) to guarantee well-sealed access in the chamber (30). Hole (7) is positioned at the end of a tubular component (7a) with a decreasing cross section size in the place where the section is the smallest.
