METHOD FOR THE MANUFACTURE OF DECORATIVE FURNITURE COMPONENTS

The panels and the friezes made by the method are used for making panel doors and external fronts for stylish furniture and front panels for beds. The decorative elements made consist of agglomerate boards of chipboard and external layers of natural veneer, and part of the face surfaces of the elements has profile and other decorative forms. According to the method decorative forms are cut in specified sections of the panel after which thermoactive glue is applied on it and veneer is fitted. The packages formed in this way are arranged one on top of the other, stay like that for a few minutes and are then pressed in a cold membrane press until the veneer sticks to the panel. The packages are then pressed in hot press dies by counter profiles of the decorative forms cut in the panel. 1 claim
