PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an output voice signal imparted with a desired effect in accordance with the input voice corresponding to nonspecific signers by imparting the effect corresponding to an effect imparting parameter to the input voice signal and outputting this signal as the output voice signal. SOLUTION: The analysis unit 12 of a KARAOKE machine 10 analyzes the input voice signal SIN inputted via a microphone 11 for a singer and extracts and outputs the characteristic parameter data DCP (pitch component, pitch fluctuation component, amplitude of a sinusoidal component, etc.), indicating the characteristics of the input voice corresponding to the input voice signal SIN. A pre-processing filter 14 subjects the input voice signal SIN to filtering processing which is the pre-processing of effect impartation based on an effect impartation parameter DEP outputted from a effect impartation parameter table 13 and outputs the filtering input voice signal SFIN. An effector 15 imparts the effect corresponding to the effect impartation parameter DEP to the filtering input voice signal SFIN and outputs the same as an effect impartation voice signal SFFIN. |
