PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance heating action of a sensitive body within a sensitive body central region by forming a region of a specified range practically transparent to a microwave having some pattern in a metal layer on a plastic film. SOLUTION: A sensitive body contains a plastic film 10 made of polyethylene terephthalate on which a metal layer 12, preferably an aluminum layer is deposited by vacuum deposition. The metal layer 12 has thickness capable of absorbing microwave irradiation rays and converting microwave energy into heat. The plastic film 10 covered with the metal layer 12 is stacked on thick paper 14 with an adhesive 16. Some pattern comprising 41 circles 18 of a transparent region is formed on the plastic film 10 with sodium hydroxide, and the metal is made inactive on the inside of each circle. The metal made inactive is practically transparent to microwave irradiation rays, and each transparent region has a main one-dimensional dimension of about 0.6 to 2.5 cm. High final temperature is generated in the central region. |
