HANDOVER METHOD BETWEEN EXCHANGES USING INTELLIGENT NETWORK AND IMT-2000 NETWORK SYSTEM FOR REALIZING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a flexible network structure and an appropriate traffic distribution by transmitting a work demand to a call control function(CCF), transmitting a service request message to a service switching function(SSF), and processing the service request. SOLUTION: SSFs 211, 221 and 231 of mobile switching centers(MSCs) 210, 220 and 230 of a core network(CN) 200 analyze services transmitted from an intelligent network(IN) 300 and transmits an appropriate work demand to a CCF. Also, CCFs 212, 222 and 232 transmit the service request message to the SSFs 211, 221 and 231 and processes the service demand transmitted from the SSFs 211, 221 and 231. The MSCs 210 and 220 of the CN200 consist of the same structure as that of a gateway GMC (GMSC) which is realized in the existing SSF and the CCFs which do not have the structure of the MSC of a IMT-2000 network system realized so far.
