PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to execute more precise data management by making it possible to assign the setting of erasing levels in finer units. SOLUTION: An erasing level addition range of files is instructed by means 30, 49 for setting the range where the information of the erasing levels is added. An erasing level setting section sets the erasing levels according to the instruction. If the setting range is not the cell units of the present cells, the present cells are divided by a cell segmenting section and the arrays of the divided cells are set. The management information for reproduction of the divided cells and the present cells is reconstructed by a reconstructing means and the erasing level information is added to the management information for reproduction of the divided cells belonging to the addition range.
