PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an insulating bobbin, in which the insertion property of a stator core is satisfactory and in which the space of a winding can be reduced. SOLUTION: In respective first bobbin 11 and second bobbin 11, a bobbin inner circumferential wall 11a, which is formed along the outer circumferential face of a core body is provided, and a protrusion part 11b which protrudes in the radial direction from the bobbin inner circumferential wall 11a to correspond to a salient pole part, which has an opening on the dividing side, whose cross section is nearly U-shaped and which is formed so as to cover the salient pole part, is provided. In a pair of sidewalls 11c, 11d at the protrusion part 11b, their heights in the direction of the central axis are different in such a way that their mutual edge parts have a step.
