PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device (AAM) for acquiring and amplifying electric signals. SOLUTION: This device is provided with an acquisition module (T/H) for inputting input signals (ES) to be stored and an amplifier (A1) for amplifying the stored signals provided with a gain changing as a function of gain control signals (GC). Corresponding to the method, two different control loops (A2, CMP1 and OM1) and (CMP2 and OM2) enable the compensation of parasitic DC components inserted by the acquisition module (T/H) in one and by the amplifier (A1) in the other.
