PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the color image sensor of a contact on-chip filter type capable of correcting the deviation of image formation position by the color aberration of SLA. SOLUTION: This color image sensor irradiates an original 3 by using a white light source 1, forms the object image to a photodetector by a 'Selfoc(R)' lens array 5, sticks an on-chip filter 8 onto the photodetector and outputs color information color resolved by the on-chip filter. In this case, by using the on-chip filters of red, green and blue as the filter and using the ones of different film thickness as the on-chip filters for the respective colors or using the materials of different refractive indexes, the image forming position deviation by the color aberration of the SLA is eliminated.
