PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated image read/write head capable of miniaturizing an image processor and being manufactured with excellent work efficiency. SOLUTION: This image read/write integrated head X is provided with a case 1 where a light source 3 is enclosed and openings 10 and 15 are formed at an upper part and a lower part, a longitudinal-like transparent cover 2 for closing the upper opening 10 and a substrate 4 attached so as to close the lower opening 15 and loaded with light receiving elements 4a and heating elements 4b. In this case, the substrate 4 is attached so as to push out a part near one side part 42 in a width direction from the case 1, the heating elements 4b are loaded on an upper surface at the projected part in a columnar shape extended in the longitudinal direction and the light receiving elements 4a are loaded on the upper surface of the part near the other side part 43 of the substrate 4 in the columnar shape extended in the longitudinal direction in the state of being enclosed in the case 1. A light source 3 is positioned between the column of the heating elements 4b and the column of the light receiving elements 4a and the transparent cover 2 is inclined and arranged so as to increase a distance from the substrate 4 in a direction to one side part 42 of the substrate 4.
