PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an x-ray device, including an x-ray image sensor which is provided with a device for measuring dosage. SOLUTION: An x-ray image sensor includes laminated collected electrodes 11, a photoconductive layer, bias electrodes 8 for biasing both ends of the photoconductive layer and plural sensor devices 7 for sensing x-rays, which are disposed on the collected electrodes. Especially, in order to enable the control the dose of radiation, the x-ray image sensor is provided with an integrated device for measuring the dose of x-rays which are divided spatially. More specifically, the bias electrodes 8 are subdivided into plural sectors which are provided with means for determining the dose of x-rays inside.
