PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pointer instrument wherein fixing of a light-emitting element and feeding to it are done with a simple configuration by providing a light-emitting element for a light-emitting pointer on a flexible, and spiral, circuit board. SOLUTION: An insulator 50 is coaxially inserted in a left-side pointer axis 33 with a cylindrical boss 51 while supported by the pointer axis 33 for no relative rotation. A light-emitting element 60 is housed in a U-shape housing wall 53 of the insulator 50. An FPC 70 is so supported as to be coaxially positioned with the pointer axis 33, on the upper surface of the insulator 50.
