PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a function capable of easily registering an interruption end time through simple key input operation by inputting a call impossible time and calculating a call impossible end time according to the input time and the current time. SOLUTION: In a center 10, an interruption registration program 11 performs interruption registration according to a request from a portable terminal 30. In the terminal 30, a setting program 31 sets interruption response based on an input of a numeric key, etc., of the terminal 30. A time calculation program 32 calculates an interruption end time according to an interruption time and the current time which are inputted from the program 31. A response program 33 outputs set interruption end time and an interruption reason by voice without ringing incoming tone when an incoming call arrives the interruption registration is performed. A release program 34 releases the setting of the interruption registration when it is carried out when it is executed by the designation of an operator or when the current time passes the interruption response end time.
