PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a positive type visible light sensitive resin compsn. having satisfactory sensitivity in the visible light region, particularly to second harmonics of argon laser and YAG laser, excellent in shelf stability and forming a superior photosensitive layer for visible light laser. SOLUTION: The visible light sensitive resin compsn. contains a positive type visible light sensitive resin and an organoboron compd. represented by the formula as a photosensitizer.
