PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain tightening force of a bolt, without applying the tightening torque of the bolt to a resin case. SOLUTION: A bolt hole 11a is formed in the lower case 11 of an electrical junction box. A ring part 60a is made to protrude from a nut 60 which is welded to the chassis panel 50 of a car. The length of the ring part 60a is a slightly longer than the thickness of the lower case 11 and, furthermore the outer diameter of the ring part 60a is approximately the same as the diameter of a bolt hole 11a. In order to attach the electrical junction box to the chassis panel 50, the ring part 60a is pushed into the bolt hole 11a of the lower case 11, and a bolt 40 is screwed into the nut 60 and tightened for fixing. At this time, as the tip part of the ring part 60a protrudes from the lower case 11, the tightening torque of the bolt 40 is not applied to the lower case 11 but applied to the ring part 60a for maintaining the tightening force of the bolt 40.
