SYSTEM FOR PROVIDING INFORMATION ON ACADEMIC GENERAL MEETING AND ACCEPTING RESERVATION FOR HOTEL ACCOMMODATION AND TRAFFIC

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for reading the latest information on an arbitrary academic general meeting out of a lot of academic general meetings, and easily reserving traffics or hotel accommodations for attending the academic general meeting. SOLUTION: A host computer 1 connected to a communication line network 2 is provided with an academic general meeting information data base 4 for storing each academic general meeting information 5 such as dates when meetings are held, venues, and subject of lecture application requirements related with plural academic general meetings, and providing a retrieving means 6 for retrieving arbitrary academic general meeting information, and storing additional information 7 such as a surrounding guide map or surrounding hotel accommodation list related with each academic general meeting information. Also, this host computer 1 is provided with a reservation accepting means 8 for accepting the reservation for hotel accommodations and traffics for attending each academic general meeting. Thus, terminals 3 connected with the communication line network are operated so that the academic general meeting information and the additional information in the host computer can be outputted from the terminals, and the reserved data of the hotel accommodations and traffics inputted from the terminals can be stored in the reservation accepting means.
