PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide superconducting magnet apparatus wherein frictional heat generation of gas collection piping parts which is caused by vibration at the time of running of a magnetically levitating vehicle is reduced, and reliability of equipment is improved. SOLUTION: In superconducting magnet equipment provided with a superconducting coil, coil inner vessels 2a, 2b accommodating refrigerant for the superconducting coil, a tank inner vessel 12 accumulating refrigerant for the superconducting coil, and gas collection pipings 14, 15 which connect the part between the coil inner vessels 2a, 2b and the part between the coil inner vessels 2a, 2b and the tank inner vessel 12, and collect gasified and vaporized refrigerant, it is characteristic that bellowses 14a, 15a are installed on both end sides of the gas collection pipings 14, 15. |
