PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smooth communication between users on a network. SOLUTION: A server connects to a user terminal via a network 1 to manage and distribute information with respect to a user. The server 2 is provided with a user information storage means 4, a user information management means 5, an object generating issue means 6, a revision detection notice means 7, a request processing means 11, an object storage means 13, an output means 10 and an object revision means 14. In the case that user information stored in the user information storage means 4 is revised, the revision detection notice means 7 informs other information management distribution device storing revised user information about occurrence of revision and attribute of the revised user information. The other information management distribution means updates a corresponding user object in the object storage means 13 based on the notice.
