PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflection type natural lighting device by which the solar light can be efficiently taken in though the incident direction of the solar light is changed and the driving device is not made large-sized. SOLUTION: The south-side wall surface 11 of a building 10 and the like is provided with a normal window 12 for securing a visual field and a light taking-in window 14 positioned near a ceiling 13 more upward than the window 12. Then, the reflection type natural lighting device 20 reflecting the solar light toward the ceiling 13 in a room is arranged at the lower side of the window 14. The lighting device 20 is provided with a plate-like eaves member 21 arranged at the lower side of the window 14 by being made to project, a light taking-in prism 22 which is arranged in parallel with the outdoor part of the eaves member 21 and which functions as the reflection member, the driving device 23 driving the prism 22 to adjust the reflecting direction thereof and a controller 30 controlling the driving device 23 so that the reflecting angle of the prism 22 becomes a proper angle corresponding to the incident direction of the solar light.
