PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distinguish a signal voltage using a microcomputer without an A/D converter. SOLUTION: This device comprises a voltage generating circuit 8, that generates a voltage corresponding to bit-patterns of digital outputs D1, D2 of a microcomputer 6, and a comparator 5 where an output of the voltage generating circuit 8 is led to an input terminal and a distinguishing object signal 7 becoming a voltage distinguishing object is led to the other input terminal. The microcomputer 6 distinguishes the voltage of the distinguishing object signal 7, by checking the bit-patterns of the digital outputs D1, D2 that are output to the voltage generating circuit 8 and a comparison result of the comparator 5.
