PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a potential suppressing conductor for the stationary induction electronic unit winding which has simple constitution and improves the dielectric strength of the winding, by relaxing the electric field concentration on a potential suppressing conductor terminal part. SOLUTION: A molding insulator 109 is provided projecting from an end of the terminal conductor of the potential suppressing conductor in the winding direction to cover the terminal part of the potential suppressing conductor 102, and a surface-metallized tape 108 which has its metal coating reduced in thickness toward the terminal part of the tape is wound covering the potential suppressing conductor terminal part and molding insulator.
