PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the height size of a narrow-width structure and to maintain the desired assembling strength. SOLUTION: A base is formed with a first base 6 and a second base 7 splittable into two in the width direction. A bottom face section is formed with the lower flange section 46 of a coil block 2 and the bottom faces of the first base 6 and the second base 7. At least the boundary section X between the bottom face of the said base and the flange section 46 of the coil block 2 is integrally connected.
