SOLUTION: A core 20 of a capacitor 1 is obtained by composing a filler (ceramic particles, fabric, or particles of carbon, etc., fabric) in a matrix (metal material) as the metal material which is a matrix, Cu and Al, etc., which are excellent in heat-transfer characteristics are used. As the filler composed in the matrix, a carbon fiber and SiC, etc., are used. Related to a winding part 11, an anode foil, a cathode foil, and a seaarator, etc., are wound around the core 20, corresponding to a capacitor element impregnated with an electrolyte. The core 20 protrudes from the winding part 11 while penetrating a case 10, constituting a cooling part 22 with a fin 21 fitted at one end.</p>
