<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise cooling capacity by using, as a core of a winding type electric part, the core of metal group composite material wherein ceramic particles or ceramic fabric, being filler, is dispersed in a metal, being matrix, or a metal core, with a heat-radiation member connected to the core. SOLUTION: A core 20 of a capacitor 1 is obtained by composing a filler (ceramic particles, fabric, or particles of carbon, etc., fabric) in a matrix (metal material) as the metal material which is a matrix, Cu and Al, etc., which are excellent in heat-transfer characteristics are used. As the filler composed in the matrix, a carbon fiber and SiC, etc., are used. Related to a winding part 11, an anode foil, a cathode foil, and a seaarator, etc., are wound around the core 20, corresponding to a capacitor element impregnated with an electrolyte.
