PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manually charge a secondary battery of a portable telephone set. SOLUTION: An electromotive gear 8 which is engaged with a sector gear 3 is made to rotate reciprocatively at a high speed and is made to induce a voltage of alternating current by projectingly providing a rotation operation part 5 of the sector gear 3 from a side part 1a of a frame 1 of a portable telephone set, continuously performing operation such as manually pushing or separating the rotation operation part 5 and having the sector gear 3 rotate reciprocatively.
