PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To photograph an object at various angles while expanding a photographing range by supporting a camera apparatus while hanging it on the ceiling part of a building, effectively utilizing the space of the ceiling as a space for installing a photographing device, and freely moving the camera apparatus within the range surrounded with four winches. SOLUTION: Four winches 16-22 are provided on the ceiling 12 of the building and a camera apparatus 14 is linked at the top ends of wires 38-44 fed out of these winches 16-22. Therefore, by taking up/feeding out the wires 38-44 by driving the winches 16-22, the camera apparatus 14 can be horizontally moved within the range surrounded with the winches 16-22.
