PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a close-up lens from being directly exposed, to make operation performed only by an operation button and to make reliability as well as operability improved by storing the close-up lens in a camera casing and constituting a device so that another operation member on the case body external surface operates the device. SOLUTION: This device is constituted so that a close-up lens is stored in a camera casing and is operated by a separate operation member on the casing external surface. A slide lever 16 goes through a camera case by an operation button, is guided by a shaft 16a, and the shaft is linearly guided by each guide groove 15a or the like of a C base 15. The slide lever 16 has the shaft 16a fixed on the lower side and is locked in a hole 17a near a rotation center signal of a rotation arm 17. It goes through hole parts of the hole 17b and the C base 15 and are locked in the arm 20a protruding from a carriage of the close-up lens. When the operation button is slid, the slide lever 16 comes to a given position. That is, the rotation arm 17 is turned at the given position.
