PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently reuse a sentence used in the past in accordance with its contents in preparing a new message sentence. SOLUTION: These devices are equipped with an RAM 19 for classifying plural message sentences into storage areas corresponding to their contents respectively and storing them, a key input part 20 a touch panel 22 for selecting and specifying an arbitrary storage area of this RAM 19 and the arbitrary message sentence stored in the storage area and editing the selected and specified message sentence, a communication control part 13, a transmission/reception part 12, an antenna 11 which prepare an electronic mail from the edited message sentence and transmit it through a communication path, and a control part 14 for storage setting the message sentence edited in accordance with whether the selected storage area, which selects its original message sentence, is made to storage set the edited message sentence or not in the RAM 19.
