PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum drum having vacuum holes exposed continuously. SOLUTION: This vacuum drum 12 includes a fixed internal drum 40 having a vacuum port 50 recessed on the surface of the fixed drum. A rotary external drum 30 has the vacuum holes 32 for connecting the outer surface and the inner surface of the drum 30 and has a shaft common to the drum 40. The vacuum port 50 has at least one edge which does not exist on the same line as the shaft 31 of the drum 30, whereby the vacuum holes 32 on the drum 30 are exposed in the continuous method so that all the vacuum holes may not be exposed simultaneously.
