SOLUTION: An account information acquisition part 14 acquires the account of a user requesting display, when log information is to be displayed. A user level decision part 15 decides the level of the user, based on acquired account information and a log retrieval part 16 acquires only the log information corresponding to the level of the user and outputs it from a log output part 18.
