PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance electronic component sucking part teaching accuracy by moving relatively a part image and a graphic image on a screen and performing aligning operation thereof, and then teaching the aligning position as the electronic component sucking part to a nozzle moving means. SOLUTION: S first head unit 7a for sucking and setting an electronic component S is mounted on a first XY stage 5a, while a second head unit 7b is mounted on a second XY stage 5b. The image of the electronic component S fed to the sucking part at the forward end of a tape cassette 17 is picked up by means of a component recognition camera 10 and displayed on the screen of a monitor. On the other hand, graphic image at the forward end of a suction nozzle 9a is formed from the nozzle type data thereof and superposed on the screen of the monitor. Sucking part of the electronic component S is aligned with the position of nozzle hole of the a suction nozzle 9a on the screen. Results of alignment are taught to the control system for XY stage, and design values are updated thus quickly peforming alignment without errors. |
