SOLUTION: A safe case body 25 seals an input data port 24a, a hub 26 in a data communication state with the input port, and plural downstream ports 29 and 30 in the data communication state with the hub. A coin dispenser and a coin storage are respectively in the data communication state with the downstream ports. A hub controller 34 is in the data communication state with the input port so that data communication from the hub to the downstream ports can be controlled, and access from the hub to the downstream ports can be approved according to the exchange of a confirmation code between the hub controller and the input port. |
