SOLUTION: This menu data processor is provided with a cooked data inputting means 60, a cooked data storing means 70, serving time managing means 31 and 32, a cooked data reading means 110, in-time table setting judging means 31 and 32, and service urging output controlling means 31 and 32. In the system, the whole part or one part of the cooked data of a menu can be stored in a tag TG attached to an utensil for dishing up a cooked menu at a kitchen side, and the cooked data stored in the tag TG can be read at a destination 10 side, and service can be managed by using the time from the storage time of the cooked data to the read time. |
