PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiple output switching regulator which controls, to a small value, a voltage drop in a regulator generated by rise of winding voltage of the secondary winding of transformer, in order to suppress internal loss and heat generation in a regulator. SOLUTION: When a terminal voltage 24 V is outputted to an output terminal V1, an output voltage changing switch SW1 is switched to the terminal (a). Simultaneously, a selection switch SW2 is connected to the terminal (c). When the terminal voltage of the output terminal V1 is set to 27 V as the output, the output voltage changing switch SW1 is switched to the terminal (b). In this case, a voltage drop of the 3-terminal regulator IC2 becomes large due to the rise of winding voltage of the secondary winding of transformer, but, since the selection switch SW2 is connected to the terminal (d) simultaneously with switching of the switch SW1 to the terminal (b), voltage drop at the 3-terminal regulator IC2 can be set to a small value.
