PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a reactive force of sound emission to be offset or attenuated by an active force of an oscillation plate and a vibration body by having the oscillation plate, where the active force in a reactive force direction acts upon a sound emission direction of the oscillation plate supported in cantilever by the oscillation plate of an oscillation system or a damper. SOLUTION: An oscillation body 26 is constituted and it integrally molds a ring shaped weight 30, which gives a specified equal quantity M2 molded by a synthetic resin or the like and an almost ring-shaped movable object 32 for giving a specified compliance (property a spring), to which corrugation of a similar structure to a damper used for a normal speaker is applied in a wave pattern or so that the movable object 32 molded by a cloth is adhered to the inside diameter of the ring shaped weight 30 and integrated. The inner diameter part of the movable object 32 is provided with an overlap width 32b, having a specified tilt in accordance to a tilt angle of an installment position of a vibration plate 7, the overlap width 32b of the oscillation body 26 is inserted in a lower side of the vibration plate 7 and is bonded so that it is supported in cantilever manner via an adhesive material.
