PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a digital broadcast system in which only one data broadcast I/F section can identify a data class to easily apply suitable processing to each of data. SOLUTION: Plurality of data servers 31, 32, 33 that provide the outputs of data of different kinds are respectively provided with means 35, 36, 37 that adds header or trailer information, display time end individual information to the data, depending on a type of the broadcasting data and with means 41, 42, 43 that adds information denoting the data kind and a data length of the individual to the header or trailer information of the individual information to data in a common form, independently of the data kind and provide an output of the common data, and a broadcasting device 1 is provided with a data broadcast I/F section 4 that assembles the individual information into a fixed length packet, based on the data kind and the data length which is included in the common data to multiplex the data outputted from the data servers 31, 32, 33 in a form of fixed length packets.
