PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna element that a stopper stopping movement in an extraction direction is provides at an end of a core member and to provide a manufacturing method of the antenna element. SOLUTION: An antenna conductor element 10 is imbedded in a core rod member 12 made of an elastic insulation resin, a cylindrical stopper 26 made of a resin is placed at an end of the core member 12, and projections 26b projected to an inner circumferential wall of the stopper 26 are engaged with recessed parts 12b generated at an outer circumferential wall of the stopper 26 through elastic deformation. In the manufacture, an end of the core member 12 where the antenna conductor element 10 is imbedded in an elastic insulation resin rod is fixed to a stopper metallic die, a forming gate is provided for the stopper metallic die orthogonally to the core member 12, and the recessed parts 12b are formed at an outer circumferential wall of the core member 12 resulting from elastic deformation due to a resin injection pressure and the stopper 26 is integrally formed to the core member 12.
