PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heighten the contrast at the time of lighting/putting out of LED elements without requiring a region for mounting means for heightening the contrast between the LED elements. SOLUTION: A louver film 33 is affixed to the front surfaces of the LED elements 32 to prevent the reflection of the exterior light in a direction crossing the thickness direction from being cast on the LED elements and to heighten the contrast at the time of lighting and putting out of the LED elements 32. Further, the louver film 33 is affixed to the surfaces of the LED elements 32 and the louver film 33 is mounted to the circumferences of the LED elements 32 without using screw members, etc., for mounting the louver film 33. There is no need for the regions for arranging the screw members, etc., in order to mount the louver film 33. More particularly the arrangement of the respective LED elements 32 adjacently as far as possible is possible and high-definition display is made possible with an LED display device having plural LED elements.
