PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an unnecessary radiation noise and a cost. SOLUTION: The waveform of a driving signal applied to a liquid crystal panel P is set and changed by a waveform information signal transmitted through data lines 23 and 25, and this waveform information signal is transferred only for a certain time in the case of changing the driving signal. Thus, an unnecessary radiation noise is reduced. Also, this waveform information signal is transferred in the serialized state. Thus, the number of data lines for transmission of the waveform information signal is reduced, and the number of parts such as cables and connectors is reduced to reduce the cost.
