PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microwave circuit that is provided with a switching circuit smaller in size and lighter in weight and a higher off-state attenuation in comparison with those of a conventional switching circuit and to provide its manufacture. SOLUTION: The microwave circuit 201 is provided with a coupler 101 having two microstrip conductors 1, 2 formed in parallel closely to each other on a board 10 on the rear side of which a ground conductor is formed so as to couple with each other electromagnetically at a prescribed coupling coefficient M. A floating conductor 11 is formed to be placed inbetween the microstrip conductors 1, 2, one terminal of a switching element 41 connects to one terminal of the floating conductor 11 and the other terminal of the switching element 41 connects to ground. The coupling coefficient M is changed by selectively turning on or off the switching element 41. |
