SOLUTION: A destination is set by scrolling using an input device or calling a registered point, a path is searched, and the path is displayed on a display device. The presence or absence of regulation in the searched path is judged, time for reaching a regulated road is calculated when there is a regulation, and it is judged whether a regulation exists or not at the predicted arrival time. In the case of regulation, an alarm appears on the display device, based on the regulation information. Also, when the business hour is limited in a destination facility, predicted arrival time at the destination facility is calculated, and it is judged whether the destination facility is operating or not at the predicted arrival time.
