<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical display which allows a man to visualize information and simultaneously enables the information to be transmitted in a state where the man cannot visualize. SOLUTION: The optical display has LEDs 9 as a load connected in a series and a control circuit 11 is connected to the LEDs 9 in a series. A logic circuit 8 is connected to an input terminal of the control circuit 11 by means of a line 12 and is further connected to a temp. sensor 13 for adjusting an electric current by means of the control circuit 11 as a function of temp. A constant electric current flowing to the LEDs 9 is adjusted and set through the control circuit 11 by means of the logic circuit 8 irrespective of the number of the LEDs 9 during operation. The logic circuit 8 is connected to the control circuit via a line 7 and this control circuit adjusts the voltage of all the LEDs 9 as a function of electric current setting. The logical circuit 8 sends pulses of different frequencies to the control circuit 11 and one of the LEDs 9 is periodically switched by means of a switch 10, thereby producing an optical signal which the man can visualize and simultaneously an optical signal which the man cannot visualize.</p> |
