PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a small-sized common mode inductor of high reliability at a low cost which has low influence due to the DC resistance of a coil on an electronic circuit when the inductor is inserted in the electronic circuit. SOLUTION: This common mode inductor 10 is constituted by laminating coil conductors 11a-14a constituting a coil Lb1, coil conductors 11b-14b constituting a coil Lb2, coil conductors 15-18 constituting a coil La, coil conductors 19-22 constituting a coil Lc, and insulating sheets 32. The coil Lb1 and the coil Lb2 are connected electrically in parallel, and are made a coil Lb as a whole. As a result, the DC resistance value of the coil Lb becomes smaller than the DC resistance values of the coils La, Lc. In the stacking direction of the insulating sheets 32 and the like, the coils La, Lc are located between the coils Lb1 and Lb2.
