PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a scintillation camera by which a subject is inspected satisfactorily. SOLUTION: A radiation detector 1 by whichγrays radiated from a radioactive isotope dosed to a subject 4 are converted into an electric signal is installed. A radiation-detector supporting and driving means 2 which supports the radiation detector 1 so as to be movable is installed. A position calculating means 5 which calculates incident positions of the respectiveγrays is installed. A distribution-image creating means 6 which acquires incident-position data, by which the distribution image of the radioactive isotope is created on the basis of the incident-position data and which stores the distribution image is installed. A display control means 7 by which the distribution image is displayed is installed. In addition, a spot-acqusition-time detecting means 15 by which the acqusition time of the incident-position data, i.e., the detection-spot acqusition time TSM, until the number of detections C of theγrays of a head part spot reaches the total number of predetermined detections of theγrays is installed.
