PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate a part control and an assembling work by simplifying a structure by electrically and mechanically securing bonding, by sealing both ends of an insulating cylinder filled with an arc-extinguishing agent by a first cap, and pressing a terminal part of the first cap by a second cap. SOLUTION: A peripheral rim part is integrally provided on the terminal 2 of an outer cap to seal both ends of an insulating cylinder 1 filled with an arc-extinguishing agent 6, and is pressfitted in an inner cap 4 in order to be electrically and mechanically bonded. The inner cap 4 on both sides of the insulating cylinder 1 is put in a condition where its is pressfitted in the peripheral rim of the terminal 2 of the outer cap to be bonded. Or, the terminal 2 of the outer cap is pressfitted in the both sides of the insulating cylinder 1 to be mechanically bonded, and a fuse element 5 is inserted between the insulating cylinder 1 and the peripheral rim of the terminal 2 and is stretched to be electrically bonded, so that the inner cap 4 is eliminated. Or, the terminal 2 is pressfitted in the both sides of the insulating cylinder 1, the fuse element 5 is secured to the inner surface of the terminal 2 by using an insulation support and a soldering washer, and it is stretched.
