PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve processing speed by effectively using a physical memory and making program selection to be smooth in an information processor processing a plurality of programs. SOLUTION: A priority input part 23 inputs program priority Ys2 through a manual operation. A program change part 24 writes program priority Ya2 in a program Pg. A program priority read part 25 reads program priority written into the program Pg, and it is sent to a priority comparison part 26. An environment priority Ys1 held by a user environment holding part 1, is read by an environment priority read part 21, and environment priority Ys1 is sent to the priority comparison part 26. The priority comparison part 26 compares environment priority Ys1 with program priority Ys2. Lower one is sent to a program selection part 22 as execution time priority Ysj. The program selection part 22 selects the program Pg, whose execution priority Ysj is higher and is sent to a computing element 2 to be executed.
