PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve power generating efficiency of a generator for providing a high-performance generator by reducing the load caused of power generation largely. SOLUTION: A magnetic circuit constituted of a magnet and a yoke is branched on the way of the yoke, and magnetic resistance variable mechanisms 4, 5 by rotation is provided with both of the branched circuits. As a result, a reverse rotation phenomenon of the magnetic resistance and magnetic flux that the magnetic flux decreases while the magnetic resistance is decreasing or the magnetic flux increases while the magnetic resistance is increasing is generated in one branched main power generation circuit 2, and power generation is conducted under this condition.
