PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain purified water of fixed quality by supplying a low-pressure constant flow to a miniaturized water purifier. SOLUTION: The inline type constant flow regulating valve 2 for a low flow rate with which the flow rate on the secondary side is almost fixed even when the pressure on the primary side is increased, is connected to a raw water inlet of a water purifier and further, a movable disk 25 and a fixed disk 26 are mutually superposed on the primary side of this quantitative regulating valve 2. At the same time, an inline type ceramic disk valve 3 for opening/ closing the valve by turning the movable disk 25 with a knob type handle 29 is screwed and coupled and the handle 29 is mounted and fitted over both the valves 2 and 3. Thus, even when the aperture of an upstream side single faucet is enlarged, the rate of flow to the water purifier is low, the raw water of a fixed flow rate can be supplied and the miniaturized water purifier does not require any raw water supply valve.
