PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance patrol chart preparing device for quickly and efficiently adjusting a maintenance schedule by using only a client, and for accurately reflecting changed data. SOLUTION: A server 1 is provided with a schedule information storing part 1B for storing a maintenance work schedule for at least one month of each maintenance staff, and a client 2 is provided with a maintenance patrol information extraction processing part 2D for extracting one part of the maintenance schedule, maintenance patrol adjustment storing part 2E for storing the extracted maintenance schedule, maintenance patrol adjustment processing part 2F for adjusting the maintenance schedule, and maintenance adjustment information storage processing 2G for updating the storage content of the schedule information storing part 1B based on the adjusted maintenance schedule. Thus, at the time of adjusting the maintenance schedule, the maintenance schedule is adjusted based on information stored in the maintenance adjustment storing part 2E by the maintenance patrol adjustment processing part 2F of the client 2, and the storage content of the schedule information storing part 1B is updated by the maintenance adjustment information storage processing part 2G based on the adjusted maintenance schedule. |
