PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the insertion and taking-out of a data medium. SOLUTION: A data medium 12 is provided with a window 24 and a fixing unit is provided with a lever 34 for fixing the medium 12. The lever 34 is attached so that the medium 12 can pivotally be moved with an axis A as the center between a stably fixed position, where the lever 34 is elastically returned and a fixed finger formed at the free end of an arm on one side of the lever 34 is vertically extended into the window 24, and a stably retreated position, where the lever 34 is elastically returned and the fixed finger is positioned outside of the window 24 to make it possible to take out the data medium from the unit.
